WinMan generates bar coded kanban cards that link purchased components to pre-selected suppliers, enabling the production floor to order and receive quality components in the correct quantity on an as needed basis.

Orderless Manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing)
WinMan generates bar coded kanban cards that link the assembly to a bill of material, thus eliminating non-value added activity by production control and reducing inventory by backflushing component inventory upon a pull signal.

Orderless Shipping (Lean Manufacturing)
The routines that allow the backflushing of assembly components are also integrated into shipping the product. This unique capability allows orderless kit building at time of shipment, providing the ability to ship on time by reducing stock outages of common components among assemblies.

Self-Billing Invoicing(Lean Accounting)
Self Billing Invoicing (SBI) is the ability to automatically invoice match and make payment to a certified supplier without clerical processing. SBI is based upon an agreement with the supplier that the receipt of goods becomes the authority to pay. It is designed to optimize the trust that is built between the supplier and the customer that is created in a lean business environment. Furthermore, it takes advantage of cash available from the increase of inventory turns and applies early payment discounts for significant savings.

Automatic Invoicing (Lean Accounting)
WinMan offers the ability to automatically create an invoice at time of shipment or within the nightly utilities. As a result, increase cash flow and customer relations while eliminating non-value added activity within the accounting department.

Back-to-Back Manufacture Orders (Lean Manufacturing)
WinMan has a transitional toolset that allows the automatic generation of a manufacture order at the time of accepting a sales order. We call this logic back-to-back manufacture orders because the work order being sent to the shop is done on the backside of sales taking a customer order. This transitional tool helps the move to lean by providing a pull element to a push system and minimizing involvement of production control.
