Sales of WinMan are accelerating at an aggressive rate and we have opportunities for experienced business partners to share the success, maintain the growth and continue to provide the very high standards of client support and satisfaction that have been achieved so far. If you supply and support integrated business software to the manufacturing industry and would like to move to a modern Windows based product please contact us.

WinMan Business Partner Profile

The essential qualities of a WinMan business partner are ;

  • A wish to become the client’s information technology partner.
  • An intention to develop a business by supplying quality products and services to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • An interest in and understanding of the application requirements of manufacturing and/or distribution companies.
  • A basic understanding of relational database technology and the Windows environment.

In addition to the above, the ideal WinMan business partner will also ;

  • Have sold integrated manufacturing management information systems.
  • Have a knowledge of potential clients in a particular geographic area.
  • Have the organizational and management skills necessary to develop a sales and support business.
  • Provide support for the clients Windows network

For all business partners we will provide ;

  • Structured training at one of our training centers.
  • Assistance with sales support.
  • A copy of the WinMan system.
  • Technical manuals covering the functionality and structure of WinMan, implementation guides and file definitions (data dictionary).
  • Sales promotional material.
  • Second line technical support by telephone and modem for the business partner and clients.
  • Implementation, training and data conversion services.
  • Sales lead generation.

The primary activities that will be carried out by the business partner are ;

  • Sales lead generation and prospective client qualification.
  • Closing sales.
  • Definition of the client's application requirements.
  • Data conversion services, as appropriate.
  • Implementation and training services, as appropriate.
  • Ongoing first line help, business process reengineering and client support.
