WinMan Business Partner Profile
The essential qualities of a WinMan business partner are
;
- A wish to become the client’s information technology partner.
- An intention to develop a business by supplying quality
products and services to achieve the highest level of client
satisfaction.
- An interest in and understanding of the application requirements
of manufacturing and/or distribution companies.
- A basic understanding of relational database technology
and the Windows environment.
In addition to the above, the ideal WinMan business
partner will also ;
- Have sold integrated manufacturing management information
systems.
- Have a knowledge of potential clients in a particular
geographic area.
- Have the organizational and management skills necessary
to develop a sales and support business.
- Provide support for the clients Windows network

- Technical manuals covering the functionality and structure
of WinMan, implementation guides and file definitions (data

business partner are ;
- Sales lead generation and prospective client qualification.
- Closing sales.
- Definition of the client's application requirements.
- Data conversion services, as appropriate.
- Implementation and training services, as appropriate.
- Ongoing first line help, business process reengineering
and client support.
